I have a passion to support leaders and individuals to fully step into their authenticity, using their strengths, and generate greater wellness for themselves. I'm foremost a leadership coach, and people development strategist to organisations with a focus on `creative leadership`, supporting innovation within organisations.
I bring a 15+ year track record as a successful coach and change catalyst to leaders that to build internal capacity for leadership, change, and learning for themselves and the organisations they lead.

I've worked in a variety of sectors in Canada and internationally, including global and national organisations, private and public sectors --federal and provincial governments, the B.C. Public Service Agency, Health, Food/Support Services, Forestry, Manufacturing, Finance, Social Services, Education, Retail, and the B.C. Office of the Auditor General. I also work at the organisational level to help them develop, engage, and best utilise the talent within. I have served as a trusted strategic advisor for business and organizational transformation, talent management and retention programs, reorganization, and downsizing. I've also conducted various organizational and program audits/evaluations, and provided successful strategies to support capacity development, resiliency, employee engagement, health & wellness, and leadership development.
I'm the author of Expressive Arts-Based Learning for Leadership Development (2008), Associate Faculty for Royal Roads University in the MA Leadership and MBA programs, and advanced facilitator. I hold a Masters in Leadership (Organizational Behaviour), a BA in Communications, and a Certified Executive Coach (via an ICF accredited University).
I have received leadership and innovation awards from the public service (federal and provincial), and communications planning from the International Association of Business Communicators.
Education/Training I'm currently recieving mentoring in areas of body/somatic intelligence to help leaders foster inspirational leadership qualities, authentic presence, voice, expressiveness, the ability to respond skillfully to conflict and stressful situations.
